Back in 2015 I chose to start at 3D College Denmark, to follow my mixed passions for game development and 3D art. The school is divided into 3D VFX and 3D Game classes, so the students can specialize in their own interests. The education lasts for 2 yaers and you get a large variety of classes.

Throughout my school time there was a good mix of small projects and larger ones, so you could gain experience in both group work and self study.  Furthermore there were 2 trips abroad to visit foreign schools, where we were taught by other schools or companies, and there were a lot of great social experiences.

My personal library of programs and knowledge within the profession has grown a lot since I started.

The projects at school were designed around learning, so they always fit the program or part of a program we were learning about at the time. Among other things we learned about Lighting, render settings, low poly modelling, etc. as seen in the pictures above and below.

The pictures here are from two larger projects, one, a group project revolving around animation (see above),

and one self-chosen project about realistic environments and lighting(see below).
